The collar is water-resistant and can withstand getting wet occasionally. For best results, you should take it off your dog before bathing or swimming. To maintain an 8-month duration, dogs must not be bathed more than once per month. This flea collar can be used on dogs 7 weeks and over. It fits dogs with necks up to 25 inches to be used on both large and small breeds. The notched design ensures the collar stays in place, even on active dogs.
